We believe that no one deserves to be hungry, which is why we are dedicated to crafting unique and affordable platters and meals that are irresistible in taste, top-notch in quality, and light on the pockets.

Our Story

Our journey began with a simple yet powerful idea: to bring the most unique and affordable meals and platters to town. Driven by a love for food and a desire to connect with people, Reckless Kitchen was born.

Our founders “Wally Mo” and Allan, young immigrants who moved to Canada in 2013, arrived with a heart full of dreams and quickly established himself professionally. Wally currently holds a leadership position at one of Canada’s leading R&D and medical device manufacturers, while Allan has carved out his path as a senior HR consultant specializing in recruitment, organizational development, L&D and global talent mobility. In their spare time, they provide mentorship and guidance to other first time Canadian entrepreneurs looking to get their business idea off the ground.

Reflecting on his journey, Wally shares, “Moving to Canada was a leap of faith, but it was also the opportunity to chase my dreams. Food is the universal language that brings people together, and I wanted to create a space where everyone feels welcome and satisfied.”

Always dreaming of creating a business that not only serves delicious meals but also makes a positive impact on the community, Wally established Reckless Kitchen with a goal of making high quality delicious meals affordable for everyone.

Our Mission

Our mission is to create culinary experiences that delight the taste buds, nourish the body, and foster a sense of togetherness. Whether it’s our signature dishes like “The Unleashed” and “The Beast” or our health-focused options like the “Power Box,” each platter is crafted with care and attention to detail. We use certified Halal meat and fresh, high-quality ingredients to ensure that every meal is a memorable experience.

Community and Commitment

With the ethos “NO ONE DESERVES TO BE HUNGRY“, Reckless Kitchen is committed to making a difference in the lives of our customers and the community. We are proud to have launched the “Reckless Cares Initiative“, a non-profit organization dedicated to fighting food insecurity. Through this initiative, we have provided over 200 free meals so far. We are also in the process of obtaining charitable status to attract more donors and expand our efforts to help our community.
