Beefy Affair

This one is a tribute to my sister. Growing up, I saw her cooking this dish with Mustard oil and only 5 spices. Nothing else! A simple take on the beef where it gets slow cooked with ground spices in mustard oil. The outcome of their affair makes this an wonderful dish to enjoy. I have tried my best to replicate her way of cooking as much as possible.
